It must be all the sunny weather we have had recently but I am dreaming of going for a picnic. In the great British tradition of picnicking, I want to lay a blanket on the grass and kick my shoes off, have a basket full of yummy finger and fork food like fresh strawberries with lashings of cream, homemade raspberry jelly and sponge cakes, with the sun shining down on me (OK, that part's not so British). Oh, to dream...

ReplyDeleteIt has been so hot where I am that only an indoor picnic appeals to me right now...with lots of air conditioning! I love the pastel bowls...oh so pretty, maybe a breakfast picnic while the temps are so high:)
